Tool to create Netgear CHK files. This is similar to the "packet" utility. It differs from addchkhdr as it does only add a chk header and not create the trx file as well. There are some options missing, due to lacking documentation, perhaps one day it will be fixed! Version 0.2, containing fixes for 64bit machines.
