I'm having a problem with this build and my iPhone's Netflix app. I was searching and noticed the issue in a Tomato forum already:

Any idea what could be blocking Netflix via a iPad/iPhone but still let it work via a Wii or PC?

This due to a security enhancements in dnsmasq, the option:
stop-dns-rebind
in /tmp/dnsmasq.conf blocks certain hacks to the webinterface through a clients browser. The next build will have an option to disable this feature.

Rather than change my router I just opted for the manual DNS change in my iPhones. Luckily, the phones allow a static DNS entry under the DHCP settings page. Like the forum suggested, Google's public DNS (8.8.8.8) worked fine, at least as a work-around.
Turning of the dns-rebind blocking will work but then exposes your network to DNS rebind attacks. The rebind block was added to fix a security problem.
Entering a DNS server into the IPad is the best option.
