I was working on some IPtable configuration this morning (to block brute force attacks and tweak telnet and ssh settings as well of DoS attacks) And was thinking after messing up a few times on syntax....

There should be a easy GUI around the SPI firewall area that can be used to generate and populate Firewall Startup entrys (rc_firewall) with maybe come with a few templates.

Also I noticed a small bug, on the DLMA Build, you should remove the "Proxy" tab...I was wondering why it was a blank page or at least say "Feature Not Supported/Included In Current Build". Nothing serius, just a little polishing.

Then i started thinking of a few suggestions:

Also on the Administrative GUI tab there should be a place to change the "http_lanport" nvram variable.

It would also be nice to be able to setup "DHCP Reservations/Static Leases" By selecting MACs from a Client lease list with there current IP addres instead of having to punch in the MAC and IP address manually.

It would also be nice to have a tab for a webserver. (i tweaked my http_lanport setting and started up a new httpd process useing pages in my /jffs/www folder i made on port 80). There could be a GUI way to do that that would of been easyer and thats remembered and not having to keep a bunch of code in rc_startup.

Ability to change the SSL certificate would also be a big plus.

A way to attach multable DDNS addresses would be very nice too.

A "Unmount/Safely Remove" button on the USB tab would be convient.

And finally user friendly names on MAC Filtering insted of just MAC addresses so we easily remember what mac goes to what.
