I really want to install DD-WRT so that I can set up a print server. If I do this will I Violate my TOS and will my router stop the testing?
Will DD-WRT Break the Terms Of Service for the SamKnows FCC Program?

The speed test code is embedded in the custom Netgear firmware loaded into the WNR3500L. Replacing the SamKnows firmware with standard Netgear firmware, DD-WRT, Tomato, etc. will remove all speed testing capability.

meh if you have been running ther speed testing for longer then a month or so they pretty much got all useful data there gonna get netgear firmware sucks they should have based it on ddwrt
