If I install optware will it break anything in this build ?

No it even provides better optware(compared to official dd-wrt) support since my build comes with a newer full featured uClibc

Im in great need to revert back to build 16830M... but cant find it anywhere. Could you please make it available again, while nmbd is broken?

I have installed latest firmware on ASUS RT-N16 and I can't get port forwarding to work. Not to RDP or Splash Desktop or VNC or any port. Can you help me?
