Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to update two of my routers with the latest release found here:
http://www.myopenrouter.com/download/19806/DD-WRT-Kong-Mod-USB-FTP-miniDLNA-Samba3/ tried from two machines and get an "Update Failed" error each time. I currently have a Kong build on the routers already:

Am I missing something? Thanks for the help.
I've
did you extract the file first? that happened to me the first time and then I realized it was zipped.
Yeah, file was extracted. Going to try resetting the routers and flashing using a different PC.
Sooo. Factory reset and flashing from a different PC worked.
I have flashed numerous times from my main desktop PC without issue, but have since installed a Killer NIC 2100. I wonder if there's something funky with the Killer drivers (which bypass Windows' TCP stack), that's not letting it pass the firmware to the router properly.
