hej everybody.

i've installed the usb/ftp/minidlna/samba3 firmware and enabled vpn, usb-support, dlna, ftp and samba.

when i connect my cremax icy dock mb561us-4sbc-1 (it's an multibay case for 4 hdds) only the first hdd gets recognized and mounted.

when i try to navigate down the folders from /dev/scsi/ i only can find:
     /dev/scsi/host0/bus0/target0/lun0/part1

when i try to insert the hdds one by one no hdd gets mounted and the disk info looks very strange.

has anybody an idea?

This device uses a port multipliercard that is only supported in the latest linux kernels. The kernel however cannot be updated unless broadcom delivers new drivers that work with a recent linux kernel. Therefore the current kernel only sees one drive.
