Also, download the Vista resource CD from NETGEAR, from the NETGEAR Product Compatability for Microsoft Vista page.

I've been told that the KWGR614 does work with Microsoft Vista if you can get the beta drivers for Vista to work. I haven't tried personally (still mostly on XP), but I wanted to share that you can get the Vista Beta Drivers here.
