I am wondering if one would be legal to develop software for this device, then completely rebrand (perhaps changing the enclosure) and resell it as a different product?
Any thoughts?
I think if you developed it and sold it as exactly what it is, a WGR614L, with special software that would be fine. Kinda of how DVRUpgrade works.
I would not try and sell it as your own branded product.
