Hi,

I am loogin around for a WLAN controller/switch solution for handling about 400 access points.

I tried many switches. Many of them are somehow overloaded with feature I do not need.

Well, surfing around I found e.g. openwrt and I asked myself whether there is a similar project wanting to build a kind of opensource WLAN controller/switch?

Does anyone know such a project?

Kim,

OPenWrt will be available pretty soon on WGR614L. This is the perfect firmware to build features and applications on.

I do not know of any such projects, but you can check on the OpenWRT, DD-WRT website if anybody has done similar projects.

Thanks
