Netgear firmware and other third party firmware like tomato, dd-wrt use kernel 2.4.x and ipv4. They do not use IPv6. However you can use higher version of kernel and IPv6 also in your own built-in firmware.

I spent some time reading you and I finally bought à WGR614L v8.
I'm looking for a firmware working in ipV6, and I'm not so sure , if it exists !!
could you help me ??
