Could you specify your problem a bit clearly ..... what are the exact steps that u did b4 getting into such situation ...

Was your board working and it got crashed once u tried to access it GUI and then it is not able to reboot .... or it is that u did some changes in configuration and updated the nvram parametres and after it reboot is not happening ....

What exactly did u do .... if you specify those steps then it will be easier for me to reproduce the pblm ...

Also as u have serial cable could u plz provide me the bootlog ....

Well dominic , what I understood from your post is that your board was working OK with the flashed firmware untill u tried to do some web-server related setting .....

I will try to simulate this ... It seems that these settings are corrupting the flash or nvram somehow .....

I would suggest you to do a hard reset to clear the nvram settings and then try with flashing a new firmware ......

Also have u replaced your CFE 1.5 with 1.3 or u r planning to do this ..... I would suggest u to stick with the bootloader given  though it does not provide any help command or things as such ... but changing a bootloader on the board is a bit risky proposition .....

And I dnt have a skype or msn id .... :( .... Even if had one i think it would not be possible for us to chat bcoz of dfrnt timings .... :)

OK domi .... right now I don't have CFE 1.5 .... once I manage to get it I will definitely let u know ....

@imran,dominic ,
I am having the same problem with the DD-WRT image that I have built .... I have looked into the cfe code and found that the message :

Could not load flash0.os:: Error

comes from file "cfe/cfe/ui/ui_loadcmds.c" but I am not able to proceed further as I can't replace my bootloader ....

If anyone of u has any idea on the basis of this info plz let me know ....
I hope all of us are stuck in a common pblm and we can solve this ....
