Which firmware have you updated ?
Please check the following things
1. After reboot LEDs are on (power LED, wireless LED).
2. If you insert one Ethernet cable then corresponding LED is on.
3. If you ping through that cable then corresponding LED is blinking.

It might be possible that some configuration has been corrupted. In that case you can use reset to factory default by hardware.

2.023 10 23 is the version. I know know is not the most up to date but I was having problems with disconnects and this firmware had the "solution" to them. Anyway, it did not like it because the green check light now flashes on and off. The green power light is solid and the " i " for internet is also solid amber color. The 1, 2, 3, 4 numbers are also solid if I connect any of my computers to them. What I dont have is the antenna symbol wich is the wireless symbol working in addition to the checkmark flashing. How can I use the "factory default by hardware"? I keep clicking on the back of the router on the reset button and it resets but then it starts flashing again.

Ahh, by the way. I tried clicking and holding the reset button on the back for 15 seconds and it still blinks after reseting.
