i just got my first netgear product and first laptop

after i installed disk to home computer it started acting funny,

i get the blue screen due to serious error and windows shuts down my computer.

when i restart my computer i get the serious failure box and it shut down.

what do i need as far as updates if any

i lloked at the sytem, optiona and harware, optional udates and i have 12 total i can get.

i dont know which ones i should get if any.

as far as my laptop it works fine no lag issues and no shutdowns
