Has anyone put a 2.6 kernel (or tried and failed) (2.6.28 or higher, but I assume if any 2.6.x works, a newer one should be relatively easy) on the WGR614 V8/L?

Preferably with DD-WRT, but really that doesn't matter...  it's just the only package I started looking at.

PS: It's the tproxy abilities I require for my app if you are wondering why 2.6.28.  My other option would be to patch the kernel, but the latest 2.4 patches are older then the version of 2.4 in dd-wrt, so not sure if they will apply easily or not.  If I have to change the kernel, I just prefer to put in the latest instead of applying obsoleted patches.
