 my net gear modem works on thr hard wire but i have 2 wireless that wont hook up to internet it said my signal is very good but I don't have internet what could be wrong.  please help me get my wireless going again thanks

I have net gear wireless cable modemGateway my hard wire works that's what I'm typing on now but my wireless dont work #cg814gcmr, but I have 2 wireless in the basement and it said that i have very good signal but I can't get the internet it said. ie cant show the page. I don't know alot about wireless can someone please help me thanks alot

Are u able to connect to your wirless modem in first place ....
Can u ping the modem from ur PC or laptop ....
first check this and let us know .....
