See the product page. Its 64MB

So is it 32 MB or 64 MB?
Well, I wouldn't be asking if the Open Source Guide, which is a more technical document, didn't say it's 32 MB.

There must have been an error in the Open Source Guide, as the correct stat is 64 MB, according to NETGEAR's official page for the WNR3500L as well as the Data Sheet from NETGEAR. The error has been corrected.

I don't know if this is relevant but from the Broadcom BCM4716/BCM4717/BCM4718 product brief, "Up to 2-Gbit DDR SDRAM and up to 32-MB Flash memory". From what I gather the 3500L uses the BCM4718 chipset.
WNR3500L uses Flash memory of 8MB and RAM of 64MB. It uses BCM4718 as chipset.
Rumour has it that although there is a 64MB ram chip in the device, only 32 MB of this is enabled. Where I'm from that is called false advertising.

Anyone care to comment?
Two things, on the myopenrouter page there is an example showing the screen while using the serial cable. The memory is reported around 64. Another item, I just installed dd-wrt mega on my wnr-3500l and on the status memory is reported at 65536KB; used 15000 of 60044;
