Greetings all.

OK so I followed the steps to set up my WNR3500L with DD-WRT in Repeater Bridge Mode.  No Problem at all.  Connected to my WNR3500L with stock BIOS and everything is Peachy and good internet connectivity, even considering that connection speed is reduced.

However,   I noticed that ocassionally it seems my Repeater is loosing connection to my primary WNR3500L.  The virtual SSID Is still there.  My laptop can connect to it fine, but No internet access.  If I restart the Repeater, it works fine again and then just stops.

Also, I noticed that if my primary router is restarted, the repeater looses connection (obviously) but does not reconnect automatially until I restart the repeater.  I would thing that it would automatically reconnect once the primary SSID is available again

Am I missing something?  My signals are actually pretty strong so I don't think that's why it's dropping. Right now my repeater is only about 5 feet away so (-19 signal and SNR 91). My primary router is about 50 feet away (don't really need the repeater, was just playing at home prepping for my primary site) and I have a very strong signal there too (-45 Signal and SNR is 50)

Thanks in advance for your help!

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Would Tomato work better for me? My primary goal is to have a repeater that uses WPA instead of WEP (which is all the default firmware will support)
