I think you are probably better off in the Netgear forums for questions on this router.
I also own this router, and it is rock solid in terms of USB readyshare and DLNA (experimental 0.75 build).
Netgear WNDR3700V1
PC Brand/model no.: Asus PRO79I
Operating System: Windows 7 64-bit
Error Message or Problem: The router detects my Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desk 3Tb as 746.51 GB. If I try to access the USB drive throught ReadyShare, the disk is displayed as empty. DLNA is also empty.
I've tried the ReadyShare with some other 8 and 16Gb USB drives and they worked perfectly. At the same time, as I can see under http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/11280 the Seagate 2TB Free Agent GoFlex Desk 3.5inch (same model as mine but with 3Tb HDD instead of 2Tb IS supported.
Does anyone knows why? Any *tech* explanation on this particular issue? I've actually bought this router only because of ReadyShare functionality and after I've seen the compability test.
The HDD is formatted as NTFS, detects perfectly on Win XP, Win Vista, Win 7.

I have the same router WNDR3700 and ReadyShare is not picking-up my WD 3tb drive.. The problem is with the router not reading a 3tb drive. There is not enought memory to address the larger harddrive as of yet. We are on the same boat, let me know if you find a solutions thanks.
I have DGND3300v2 and not able to connect to ReadyShare from my Windows7 64bit. Does anybody know if this router supports Win7 64 bit?
Readyshare USB works intermittently, and support from NetGear is non-existent (unless you want to pay more for a feature that was supposed to be plug and play).
They claim it is a Windows 7 issue (so why not fix it). In any case my access goes in and out.
wndr 3700 over $300. in the trash . wont stay connected to computers netgear will say all 8 new computers are at fault. I was so excited to get this option packed router but when it starts to only work intermittently, and support from NetGear first tells me its the modem and my connection is to slow then support is non-existent
