Hi guys,

I hope someone can help.

I got a WNR3500L here, flashed with DD-WRT v24-sp2 (08/12/10) std-usb-ftp - build 14929.

My problem is: the WLAN performance is very bad. My Laptop connects and says 130Mbits, but I just can geht 20-30Mbits through. With my TP-Link router before I did 70Mbits via WLAN.

My Laptop is having an Intel Wireless WiFI Link 4965AGN card.

Hope someone knows the solution.

Best regards,

Asghan

In this buld you can only get ~5-6MB = 40-48 megabit. 9MB - 72megabit.
This is the fastes you can get If you use wpa2-aes and 40MHz channel with.
Update your wifi software to latest. I think this is the fastes you can get with DD-WRT soft. Stock is always faster but have not all features we want.

Ha, your lucky you get that speed! I can only get 15 megabits/s on a good day! The average for me is 8-11 megabits/s on a 25 megabit internet connection.

Note that wired ethernet goes fast, but the wireless....not so much.

Okey
That also depend what wifi adapter you use. I use Linksys usb wsub600n
thats is 2x2 mimo adapter.
