Hello.
I have now added to the DD-WRT on my router 3500L. And it works very well.
But, now I'm trying to mount my usb in the router, but it will not. So I see I need to log in via ftp. And there comes my problem

What is the username and password? thought it was "the root user" But it is not. Not logged in. ..
Or is there another way to get to the usb for?
I have Fw to support usb / ftp

If you mean proFTPD then you must set up pw under service > nas > ftp as "user password" or SSHd then it is root and your loginpassword. Which build do you use ? In latest DD-WRT build usb is automount and also in Kong's 15758 proxy or dlna bulid. Suggest to use kong's build 15758.

Then I added the latest fw. But, even I do not get the usb, you see that it is Mount as / mnt ... But can not access it, and do not get it up a few spots ..

Is there anything I miss or what?

But the original fw, this was not a problem ..

1:st Set up USB on service -> NAS and be sure that is mounted to /mnt
2:nd Set up proFTP guide here: http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/ProFTPd_Server
3:rd Use Kong's 15758 proxy or dlna bulid. In kong's build loopback is working.

After every command press "save" and when you are done with all config press "apply" and then "reboot".
