That should work fine. All of my QoS entries are by specified ports; I usually don't specify IP addresses, but that might work better in your case if you're trying to limit traffic on a specific machine in your network.
I run a WinXP box in my basement that acts as a file server and media server. I also run uTorrent on the box. How can I setup the QOS for this box so that uTorrent gets low priority but everything else (file shares and media shares) get high or highest priority?
Do I have to just make 2 entries for that IP and specify the uTorrent port on one of them and set that one to lowest?
