my problem is iv got a old dvd stuck in my dvd space cant open it to put my netgear cd in,is there a link i can download it.wont seem to pick my adapter with out the soft ware up.cheers.so cant dongle to work.

If you are trying to get a disc out of your player without damaging it, there is a pinhole on the face plate. Put a large pin into it and it should unlock the player door and pull gently, also press eject if it locks up half way. I hope thats the info you needed. btw thats for a laptop,desktop,netbook
