Hello all,
Does anyone know the serial pinout for netgear WGR614v5? It has the row of 12 pins so I could not determine which pin # is for TX and RX. Thank you in advance.
take a look a these pics, it might not be a wgr614 rev.5, probably a rev.8 or 9
but may be the same pin outs, you will have to compare the pics to yours
above the 12 pin block is a row of 6 pins, RX, TX, Gnd

Yellow=TX (pin5)
black=Gnd (pin6)

I think pin layout and serial console setup should be same for WGR614v8 and v5. Can you show us the picture of WGR614v5 as racky29 showed the picture of WGR614v8/v9 ? That would help us to determine the cable and the pin layout.
