I currently have the WNR3500L router with 2 computers connected through ethernet cables.  Everything works fine but I am planning to replace both computers in a month or so with new ones and I was wondering if I have to set up everything again?  Can I replace one computer without have to do a new setup?  Thanks for any advice on doing this.

an you please tell in which perpose you are using wnr3500l? I mean do you want to connect internet from the hosts using your router only or somthing more than that? If you please elaborate your setup then it will be easy to answer.

The 2 computers I have now are connected connected to the internet using the router. When I get the new computers all I want is to disconnect the old ones from the router and connect the new ones in their place. Is that all I will have to do, or will I have to go through the setup process?

That should not be a problem, you most likely wouldn't need to run setup again.

I agree with D2ultima. If it doesn't work then you must ensure in router setup that LAN side gets IP automatically.
Let us know the result.
