Is this possible with Tomato or DD-WRT?

I have one of the Verizon 4G cards and was curious to see if it is possible to configure my WNR3500L to run the card on it's USB port. Would be handy for times like this weekend when my cable modem is up/down and I have to wait until Tuesday for a Technician to come and check my line.

It depends on the exact model, but most 3/4G cards are supported by dd-wrt

Thanks. I'm running Tomato right now. I would like to try this but, I'll have to go flash dd-wrt.

This will be a good project for upcoming Christmas vacation. I'll try it out and post a follow-up.

If your model is supported you just have to plug it in and configure the 4G connection details.
