Preface: I did search, I apologize if this has been covered before.

I've got Tomato Router on my Netgear 3500L? router, and I'd like to go back to OEM firmware, so I can install DD-WRT.

When attempting to upgrade the firmware with the netgear supplied file, I get a message that says something to the effect of "there isn't enough space to install firmware" (I'll have to attempt it again to get the exact message, i'm at work right now)

Would someone be kind enough to assist in this matter?

Thank you!

The exact error message would be better to track the problem.

You should be able to go directly to DD-WRT from Tomato. You shouldn't need to install the OEM first.
