I am looking for a Access Point development kit to do some prototype software application on the 802.11 ac. I have tried searching on the net for the same but have not been able to get anything yet.
Also, since 802.11ac is still in the developmet stages, I am not sure if I will be able to get that. The query I have are:
1. If I am able to get a 802.11n access point development kit, can I use it for the 802.11ac prototype work?
2. Are there any major changes in the MAC and PHY layer between the 802.11n and 802.11ac?
3. And finally, is there any open source software available for the 802.11n that I can use to enhance for the 802.11ac?
