What router settings might cause an error like this, please?

I'm sure I toggled something on or off that I should not have ... or left a field unfilled ...

 I was trying to access yahoo.com  I tried twitter.com as well.

My own page nevils-station.com and a random URL mouse.com both worked fine.

There has to be something unique about Yahoo and Twitter that a wrong router setting is creating this error ...
