Not sure if this is the place to post this - if not please let me know. I have a problem with the Samknows Dashboard Monitor. It is only showing half of the monitored options - those not monitored show No Date Available. I have asked Samsknows support three times about this and their only answer is - NONE - they don't answer other than to say leave it plugged in. Have reset router and reloaded setup and no different. Is Samknows still in operation? I have had the router since the program started so maybe I am no longer monitored - anybody know? Thanks

I thought I would have gotten at least a Who Knows by now. Anyway - router has not reported or kept track of any traffic since June 16th - so I guess it is broke or Samknows is out of business. Be nice to know what to do with this piece of crap - no use having it if it does not do what it is suppose to do. Only reason I signed up for this program was so I could show my wonderful lousy cable company what lousy service they had - now I can't do that. Contacting Samknows support is a total joke - only answer I get is leave it plugged in - why?
