I have exactly the same problem with a brandnew v2 router ...
Any help/solution is much appreciated!

Having an odd problem...
After first installing Shibby v1.28 b95, the wireless configuration was functioning as expected. A couple of weeks ago, I noticed the Wireless N parameters (Channel Width & Control Sideband) are no longer visible under Basic/Network. Wireless security is set for WPA2/Personal with AES (exclusively) and Wireless Network Mode is Auto.
I have two 3500Lv2 routers...the other operates just fine. I've checked Advanced/Wireless settings and the problematic router is missing the 802.11n Preamble & Overlapping BSS Coexistence settings.
I've erased NVRAM, 30-30-30 hard reset and have reflashed with both b95 & b97 firmware...each multiple times...nothing has restored the Wireless N options.
Below is screenshot of the config section. Channel Width & Control Sideband are absent and the Network Mode selections are limited to Auto, B Only, & G Only.
I appreciate any guidance.
Best,
Bill
I solved my problem as follows...
Took screen captures of each submenu in which I customized settings. Performed a 30-30-30 reset, but did not restore from a backup. I then duplicated the settings of each sub-menu one at a time rebooting the router between each. This was to narrow down which sub-menu was causing the anomaly and then narrow down the particular setting combination.
To my surprise, I duplicated all settings without a hitch. Hence, each cfg file must've been corrupted. Note: I always generated 3 config backups each directly from the GUI (not file copied). I don't know the cause of the corruption, but it is highly unlikely caused by NTFS since each cfg file was on a different physical disk.
Mark... you probably don't need to go through all that trouble.
But its worth trying a 30-30-30 reset and recreating the router operating environment from scratch.
Well, I came up with a solution that mimics the 30-30-30: logged in to both boxes, and did "nvram erase". Wait 10 secs, power off, power on, be patient, and ... all options are now correct/available.
Thx anyway for your response, and hopefully some others may resolve as quickly as with either the 30-30-30 or the 'nvram erase' method ...
Cheers!
