This new firmware is based on Broadcom code but modified to support the WGR614L. Here are some of the standout features of the new firmware: 1) Guest SSID support. You can have a specific SSID for your own home/office network and use the other SSID for guests to use the router for internet access. 2) WPA/WPA2 3) WPS support.
