What I have to do to (successfull) compile the CFE

Hi, After downloading the source code, the toolchain, I tried to follow the steps in the README file in the /bcm5354/src/cfe, I get a lot of redefinitions (in files sbextif.h and sbchipc.h) of CFE_xx constants and others. Then I get a warning of implicit declaration of function sbpci_check then the make process stops. What possibly I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance for the help,

Hello I'm a new Netgear "WGR 614v8(ww) User from Germany. Thanks the Community and Elko to the great Work to run dd-wrt on Netgear Opensource Router. My simple Questions: I have flashed my original Firmware to build dd-wrt.v24-10509_NEWD_std_small_wgr614v8-L.chk How can i upgrade from build 10509 to dd-wrt.v24-10700_NEWD_std_small_wgr614v8-L.chk The runing GUI Upgrade write: wrong fileformat. Is the Suffix *.ckk not right for European (ww) Router? What file from eko is correct for upgrade with the GUI? Thanks a lot.. greetings teamworker

The two LAN segments will be in the same subnet. In this article, we will show the steps to configuring the NETGEAR WGR614L with DD-WRT (v-24 SP1) firmware as a repeater bridge.

Flash Memory Map

One thing that is decidly missing is a Flash memory map of the WGR614L. As we can see by these patches there is a gap between the rootfs_data and nvram. 0x00220000-0x00380000 : "rootfs_data" 0x00380000-0x003f0000 : "dead_spot" <--- Added for illistration 0x003f0000-0x00400000 : "nvram" Now having a little look at the bootloader drops out some usefull constants, which we clearly dont want to accedently overwrite. 0x003afff8 KERNEL_LEN_ADDR 0x003afffc KERNEL_CHKSUM_ADDR 0x003e0000 BOARD_DATA_ADDR Now that occupies a total of 86 bytes as far as I can tell. What else is in this 448k of flash (or looking another way 10%). Its my understanding that there is some board data, whats in that? Any why is the bootloader info not in the board data?
