This is going to be a semi-complicated network setup. I have a dlink DIr825 as my main network router. I want to connect 3 linksys routers wireless as repeaters. All 3 linksys routers have the ddwrt firmware installed. 2 of them are wrt54g's one with speedboost one without and the other is a wireless n linksys i forget the model number. Basically what i want is the dlink to connect wireless to the wrt54g and give it internet access through the wireless and lan ports (i have succeeded in this step setting it to repeater mode and same ssid and connecting through site survey) The problem im having is i want to re-repeat the first wrt54g to a second wrt54g in the yard (in a sealed waterproof box) but im not having any luck. Both routers at the moment are on the floor in front of me. Router A has internet access from the dlink but router b is not getting a connection from router A. I set it to repeater mode and set the same ssid as router a and connected to router a in site survey but it said no internet access. I also tried repeater bridge and...

Also interesting to find that this website is in fact paid off by Netgear to promote its products as I have long suspected.

I have downloaded dd-wrt.v24-14311_NEWD-2_K2.6_big.bin. But I can not load it in my board. I have upgraded my board many times with different firmware in chk format. I do not know whether it the problem of bin format or not. Is there any way to change from bin to chk format.

At first I want to say sorry for my little stupid question :-). Maybe this question is answered in this forum but I didnt find it. Secondly I would like to ask what is different between "mnt", "jffs" and "opt" in Services - USB - Disk Mount Point. Is there any different when use NAS from router in Windows? Please don't answer me that it possible to found on forum or that it easy to use Google - I tried it and still don't know what is different.... Thank you ...

I noticed that I'm only getting resolved hostnames for hosts that have static DHCP leases on the display in Status > LAN > Active Clients. Like shown: Is this normal, or is there any way to have it resolve the other host IPs? Local DNS servers are all defined and have reverse IP information. Feel like I'm overlooking something obvious.
