I've been using DDWRT and Tomato for 2 years on my old Linksys. I love the firmwares, so I thought getting a router intended for open source firmwares was the way to go. Unfortunately, my Netgear WGR614L has not been a quality product. It locks up with WRT and with Tomato any time I try to save settings. The settings save, but I have to power cycle the device to get it back up. I'd like to reload the factory firmware and see if it is more reliable. If not, I'm returning it and going back to my old trusty WRT54g.
So, where can I get factory firmware for this guy so I can reload it?
Thx
It is available for downoad from Netgear, although I couldn't find it on the WGR614 product page. There is a link to the download somewhere in these forums.
