You have to be much more

You have to be much more specific with your setup, the problem, and what you've tried, with what results?, in order for us to be able to assist you effectively. I'm guessing that you're connecting something wired to the belkin -> wireless -> something wired to the wgr614. If so, the wgr614 has to be setup as a client-bridge, client-repeater, or a WDS arrangement. You may need to replace the wgr614 (if you have a wgr614 version 8 or -L) firmware with 3rd party firmware to get this functionality that's compatible with a Belkin access point.

below is the log of a software for rdp when computer is wirelessly connected to internet.

12:02:23 AM: Jaadu RDP Connect 2.0.6 for Windows starting...
12:02:23 AM: Adding mapping... (2891->3389)
12:02:25 AM: Finished search for router
12:02:25 AM: Local IP: 192.168.1.2
12:02:25 AM: Protocol: UPnP
12:02:25 AM: Router IP: 192.168.1.1
12:02:25 AM: Router: NETGEAR Inc.
12:02:25 AM: External IP: 203.214.134.96
12:02:26 AM: Mapping changed: Trying 2891 --> 0
12:02:26 AM: Mapping changed: Unmapped 2891 --> 0
12:02:26 AM: Failed to set mapping -- requesting UPnP table

i have checked port 3389 by canyouseeme.org it's open

i have done some search over internet and they say same thing to set the second router(wireless router or router directly communicating with computer ) as a bridge so that first router can assign ip adresses. but i havenot seen any setting in my router's firmware to set it to client bridge. I never knew that i can write some 3rd party firmware on my netger. mine one is version7. where can i get 3rd party firmware?

i tell you about setup again.
when i got internet connection i got belkin router from my ISP it is just a wired router. So to get wireless capability i just bought a netgear wireless router and connected it to belkin router.

If you can't set the 614v7

If you can't set the 614v7 into bridge mode, you could try setting up the 614v7 so that the wireless PC is in the "DMZ" of the 614v7. This would let it talk directly to the Belkin router without need for port forwarding on the 614v7.

DMZ is usually unsafe(without a firewall), but since the Netgear 614v7 is connected to the Belkin router, it's DMZ is still protected from the wild internet.

In this arrangement, use a cross-over (straight through usually works too) ethernet cable and connect one of the netgear port 1, 2, 3, or 4 to the Belkin. Do not use the netgear's internet port. Leave the internet port disconnected.

Do these on the Netgear before wiring it to the Belkin: Configure its IP address so that it does not conflict with the Belkin. Disable Netgear's DHCP server. Disable firewall on the Netgear. Disable UPnP and anything else on the Netgear pertaining to "routing" functionality.

Your PC should function the same now whether it's wired to the Belkin, wired to the Netgear, or wireless to the Netgear. Your RDP software should only be reporting the Belkin as the router, not the Netgear.

The Netgear connects to Belkin as a "wired" bridge (not wireless client bridge, wireless repeater, or WDS). You won't need 3rd party firmware to do this. Besides, 3rd party firmware choices for wgr614 v7 are limited to none.
