Problem with adding static leases

In Services|Services|DHCP Server|Static Leases table I have 3 empty rows (screenshot below).

Yet when I click Add, fill all fields in newly created row of table and click Save I get popup window with error "is already defined as a static lease". Any ideas?

  • I'm getting the same error no matter if I use Save or Apply Settings button after adding one rule.
  • Existing entries are blank - they should not be, right?
  • Is the requirement of pressing Apply Settings after each rule documented somewhere?

That's what I did after reading your post. I did 30-30-30 reset, added one rule and pressed Apply Settings button.

kt_haddock said: Why 30-30-30 reset are you config by hand for first time ? Add = MAC Host name = optional Add = IP number 192.168.1.? Add = lease time Hit "spply settings" Next rule http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Static_DHCP

Thanks for your time and help. Silly me - I kept pressing Add button after filling out a new row and before pressing Save button.

Actually clicking "Save" after filling out every new entry and then "Apply Settings" at the end when all entries were added and saved is enough, isn't it?

The other thing that throws

The other thing that throws this up is if you have clicked the "add" button twice or more and you have more than one line of empty entry boxes. To remove the empty ones place your cursor in the first box of the extra line and click "remove".
