File structure of shibby 105-AIO

I'm having a little trouble understanding how the file structure works. For example, "df -h" shows the following:

/dev/root                 8.3M      8.3M         0 100% /
tmpfs                    61.9M    212.0K     61.7M   0% /tmp
devfs                    61.9M      4.0K     61.9M   0% /dev

Does that mean that /tmp is RAM and /dev is NVRAM? I notice that I can't write to any directories except /dev. Also, what are the /pts and /shm directories?

It's interesting that there

It's interesting that there are now over one hundred views of this thread, but nobody has been able to shed any light on the subject. I'm still interested in knowing what goes where, particularly regarding RAM and NVRAM, but have decided to just leave it alone and simply use the USB port for a flash drive where I then put anything I want. This has the advantage of not wearing out the router memory over time. A flash drive can, of course, be easily and cheaply replaced.
