My home network setup goes like this: Alice router (router/modem) and one of its uplinks running to my Netgear WNDR3400v2 running DD-WRT v24-sp2 to its WAN uplink. My Alice box is running the DHCP service while my Netgear is in AP mode however, when in AP mode the feature to run a dynamic service disables. So I flashed my Netgear with dd WRT and can't seem to figure out if I can run my NG in some non-DHCP mode, receive its IP addressing from the Alice router/modem all while running the Dynamic DNS service. Any thoughts?

Why go through the trouble.
can you set your Alice router (router/modem) as a bridge and use your Netgear router to handle all services.
Well the Alice router is all in German and you can't change the language. It has PPPoE setting and I understabd if I turn that off its in bridge mode?
