anybody can to tell me, how to see the process of bittorrent on the router if running ?
I cannt do work
thanks in advances,
Christian
Steps to configure Bit Torrent:
1. Set up your WAN Connection so that you can access the internet.
2. In router web interface, go to Administration > Management > JFFS2 Support. Click on Enable Radio Button in JFFS2 option. Click on Save. Then Apply Settings.
3. In router web interface, go to Administration > Management > JFFS2 Support. Click on Enable Radio Button in Clean JFFS2 option. Then Apply Settings (Do not click on Save). Wait for a minute.
4. In router web interface, go to Services > NAS > Bittorrent. Click on Enable Radio Button in Transmission Daemon option. Click on Save > Apply Settings.
The following service must be seen if you login to the router with Telnet and fire the command "ps" :
"transmissiond --config-dir /jffs/transmission"
(You can definitely change the transmission directory. In that case you will see the specified path instead of /jffs/transmission above, but I have done with /jffs/transmission).
Now you can access the transmission page using the following URL:
http://192.168.1.1:9091/transmission/web/ (where 192.168.1.1 is my router IP).
Please try these. I will be waiting for your response.
Thanks
Christianwis: So... http://192.168.1.1:9091/transmission/web/ dont work..
why transmissiond is not up...?
thansk by the response and sorry by my english!
Christian
Finally I could make transmission work properly.
is not very friendly your settings.
For example:
1) the process transmissiond does not load if the directory is not configured on the website.
2) Then I could be accessed from the website
http://192.168.1.1:9091/transmission/web
3) Another problem I had was the configuration directories, as if he did from windows from the client Transmission Remote GUI have to put the target in linux format, eg / mnt / sda / Torrent
and do not put it in windows format ejmplo x: Torrent.
Hope serves the rest.
regards,
Christian
