I keep getting

I have tried going straight to DD-WRT, but I get the same error.
process. DL firmare from Netgear, unzip.
Tomato, Admin/upgrade/select firmware from unzipped folder/Upgrade/Confirm?

PLEASE HELP!!!
I followed the instructions to install shibby tomato on R8000, however once I loaded the initial file - Router keep restarting!
I can ping to the router before its cycling the power, however cannot erase flash with TFTP2. Nothing helping - tried 30-30-30 and hitting buttons
I'm not a novice in this loading both tomato and dd-wrt for years
Even though i can ping 192.168.1.1 as my router - I cannot re-flash it with even stock firmware
Please help!
This link is for R6400, not R7000. Is there an equivalent to the "back to genie" flash file for R7000 ?
