Ok, this is my first time installed custom firmware. I installed it and manage to have entware.
I would like to know after I plugged in my usb, do I need to install anything? I checked ls -L /opt/* there are directories from entware. What should I do next?
Does the usb drive containing entware need to be plugged in all the time or just the initial setup?
if I would like to restore factory settings using web GUI, will it delete entware?
If you see /opt/bin /opt/etc etc it means you have Entware installed. To see what packages is available you can run:
/opt/bin/opkg list
To install the package you need just run:
/opt/bin/opkg install <package name>
You usb drive should be attached to router to have Entware all the time.
To restore factory settings and to make sure that Entware is not erased just unplug your USB drive.

Thanks, voxel. I think everything works as expected.
one last question, if I would like to restore to default firmware how to do that? Do i use tftp command? Like tftp -i <Router IP> <firmware location>?

What for? You can use TFTP, but it is enough to use WebGUI to restore stock firmware. Nothing special.

Oh ok, thanks mate ;)
Is there a HOW-TO on how to install it? For example what's the difference between the HF.zip and HF-HW.zip versions?
No, just unpack the .zip file and use the routers same FW update web page UI to upload the .img file that you unzipped.
HW means hardware acceleration of OpenSSL. No any other difference.
