Advanced Tomato to Tomato... and quest about back to Genie

Hello. Successfully got Advanced Tomato on R7000 but the GUI is a little hard on my eyes (e.g. gray text) and would like to try Tomato.

Can I simply flash from Advanced Tomato to Tomato, or do I need to do a reset and/or NVRAM dump first... or revert back to Genie before installing plain Tomato?

Finally... Shibby's video on how to revert to Genie shows erasing NVRAM but I don't understand this since that's the step taken after flashing the initial chk-then-trx.... and at that point erasing NVRAM did not revert back to Genie, but finished installing the TRX.... so don't see how erasing NVRAM will now magically return to Genie (because I am ignorant and so afraid I am mis-reading and will do something wrong). Shibby also makes this file available :  R7000_back_to_ofw_trx ... which seems like something you can just flash to get back to Genie? Yet it is not mentioned anywhere.... should this file be flashed FIRST and THEN the NVRAM erased?

Thanks for any guidance.

Could not find EDIT button,

Could not find EDIT button, but I have answered my second question about reverting back to Genie, when I saw a newer Shibby video that mentions the "back-to" file and steps, here

Still would like to know if, from Advanced Tomato, I can flash regular Tomato without doing anything but navigating to the Tomato file and choosing Upgrade.
