Access Restrictions not working on Kong DD-WRT

I have just downloaded Kong's r34015 build and flashed my R7500V2 with it. Overall it seems to work fine, although I couldn't find help on many of the switches and parameters.

Now I found that the access restrictions are not working reliably: I use MAC address filters combined with time settings and "Deny". I have seen failures boths ways, either access is granted when it shouldn't or vice versa. When I disable the policy access works and when I set it to 24 hours it blocks access. So the blocking based on MAC addresses seems to bork but It seems like the time of day mechanism is not working right.

Does anyone have insights what to do here? I am thinking about going back to stock firmware. I was looking for a solid working firmware but maybe DD-WRT is too much in flux.

Are you sure you have the

Are you sure you have the time synched properly - ie is the router showing time as on your computer ;) ask me how I know about this ;)

Yes, I have double checked

Yes, I have double checked several times that the time displayed in DD-WRT is correct.

I have the same problem.  I

I have the same problem.  I also have a 7500v2.  The time is displayed correctly, but every now and then, the router just decides to ignore the access restriction rules.  I have to reboot the router to fix it.

I think I found the bug, well

I think I found the bug, well how to reproduce it...... if I have enabled more than 2 rules nothing works so I left only one enabled and I've tested and works, after that I've enabled all rules one by one ... so far they are working, I don't know for how much time

Is there a way to query

Is there a way to query whether there's a firewall rule active that's blocking a specific MAC address?  I have rules that block my son's PC from accessing the internet between 10pm and 7am, but DD-WRT is not reliable.  Sometimes he has access when he's not supposed to, and sometimes he doesn't have access when he's supposed to.  The problem is always fixed when I click on the "Apply Settings" button, even if I haven't changed any settings.

So what I would like to do is, when I know it's broken, log into dd-wrt and run some commands to see what the current status is.  But I don't know anything about iptables, so I'd like someone to tell me what command to run and what to look for.
