Can the R7800 support this network topology ?

I currently have an R7800 router running stock current firmware.  Unless I misunderstand it won't support the network topology I'm interested in creating (would be happy to be proven incorrect.) Does anyone know of a firmware that can support the described configuration ?  I'm open to using stock firmware, DD-WRT, or OpenWRT as well as purchasing a new model router. I'm a fan of the Nighthawk hardware, so hoping this is achievable.

TIA

Requirements:

- Gigabit interfaces on WAN and LAN interfaces

- 2.4 and 5GHz WiFi with multiple SSID's

- multiple L2 vlan support on LAN side, with ability to assign physical interfaces and a distinct WiFi SSID per vlan

- L3 routing between vlan's, ACL's would be nice but not absolutely necessary

- DHCP service for at least one vlan, even better would be to support both vlans by individual DHCP scopes or vlan tagging and forwarding

- physical interface must allow ARP redirects to support my Firewalla content filter (stock R7800 firmware does not)

I don't believe the r7800

I don't believe the R7800 support VLAN.

You might try adding a L3 supporting switch. Might try a DGS-1100..

r7800 with DD-WRT installed

R7800 with DD-WRT installed definitely supports VLAN

-----------YES

-----------YES sort of. I have 4 wireless vlans operating and I also use one of the Ethernet ports configured as a vlan with its own DHCP scope for hard wired connections.

L3 routing between vlan's, ACL's would be nice but not absolutely necessary
I think it is operating at the l3 layer not sure about ACL though

- DHCP service for at least one vlan, even better would be to support both vlans by individual DHCP scopes or vlan tagging and forwarding
-----------YES as mentioned all my above mentioned vlans have their own DHCP scopes

physical interface must allow ARP redirects to support my Firewalla content filter (stock R7800 firmware does not) not sure. Hope this helps
