I have a Nighthawk AC1900 and the WiFi keeps disconnecting. I have attempted the troubleshooting as suggested ex. Unplugging router prior to modem. The cable company says it’s a router issue. Also, my router will not connect to the nighthawk app even though it’s joined.

Are you using stock firmware? If yes, then your in the wrong place. Pretty clear ftom the website and forum tiles.
