R7000 IP Assigning Issue Upon Client Reboot

After I upgraded my R7000 to the 2018-09-23 Kong Mod firmware version I've had an issue where I I'm only able to stay connected to my network, until I reboot my connected device(s). Once I reboot a device, it's unable to retrieve an IP address on my network, and as such can't talk with my router, or other devices on my network - let alone get ethernet access. I feel like this is an issue with assigning IPs, but I'm unable to pinpoint exactly where the problem is rooted.

The router is using default settings, apart from the custom administrator login/pw change. I tried adding DHCP static leases, but this didn't affect the problem.

My only "fix" to this problem has been to factory reset the router after a client reboot, and then take it from there, but this is obviously not an ideal solution.

This has been observed on the following 2 firmwares, I haven't gone further back:

Was hoping someone could shed some light on this issue.

Thanks in advance!

I have Advanced Tomato

I have Advanced Tomato installed on my R7000 and have run into a very similar issue several times.  I am able to fix the issue when it happens by going into the router admin page and under the Menu Section "Status" I click on "Device List" and then find the device in question that cannot obtain a new IP and then I click the x to release the IP and lease a new IP.  (See Attached Screenshot)

Hope this helps.

If you cannot see the

If you cannot see the screenshot in my previous post, right click on the image and select "Open Image in New Tab" and it should display in full resolution and not distorted.  Not sure why this forum makes it so hard to upload a screenshot.
