hello,
i have a really strange issue with dd-wrt.
after i got the router i updated the stock firmware to the newest one: 1.0.5.64, then i flashed the latest dd-wrt beta from the official dd-wrt ftp server 05-19-2016-r29739.
but after i went to set up wifi passwords for 2.4ghz and 5ghz radios i noticed a really strange issue:
after setting up passwords once i could not change the password for 2.4ghz again. everytime i tried to change it again it resets back to the old one.
i tried resetting to stock settings, and i tried flashing the lastest dd-wrt kong build 04-19-2016 and resetting that to stock settings but the issue remained.
the strange thing is i can change the password for 5ghz and 2.4ghz guest wifi with no problem but the normal 2.4ghz wifi password always resets to my old password after applying a new one.
i have no wifi clients connected, only 1 device with a lan cable for configuration.
does anybody have an idea how to solve this? because my enthusiasm for dd-wrt went downwards quickly after i couldnt resolve this issue.

ok now i tried flashing back stock firmware and there everything regarding the wifi passwords work fine.
then i flashed back the latest kong build described above and the old issue remains, strangely the old password survived the flash back to stock and to kong again.
how can this happen? is there no way "hard deleting" the password?
