Netgear WGR614l default firmware supports Content Filtering like Block sites(Never, Always, Per schedule), Block Services, Schedule etc.

you can give the keyword or domain name. The router will block the sites whose url contains that keyword or domain name. like I have given chat, messenger and travel. So it blocks the sites whose url has any of those keywords.
