Dynamic QoS possible using DD-WRT?

Hi. I have done static QoS in my dd-wrt firmware by specifying the MAC addresses of the wireless users. Plus i can also do the same task via specifiying IP addresses. 
I want to ask that instead of specifying the MAC addresses of the WLAN users, is it possible to have dynamic QoS based on user demand ?
